Saint Archer Gold Light Lager
One of my favorite commercials during the Super Bowl this year was for the new light beer from Miller-Coors, Saint Archer Gold. It’s a new low-calorie beer that will compete directly with Michelob Ultra
Saint Archer Gold is the Ultimate Light Beer, craft lager brewed in the tradition of Helles lagers, with just 95 calories and 2.6 grams of carbs.
The premise of the commercial was good beer is worth waiting for and it was reinforced by having the main character visit multiple liquor stores on a skateboard to find the Saint Archer Gold beer sold out while whistling Patience by Guns N Roses. He eventually finds the beer just as it gets dark at his last stop. It was brilliant advertising in my opinion. Try the new lager for just $.73 a can with a new sale and coupon/cash back offer at Safeway.
