Killer Creamery KETO Ice Cream
If eating a low-sugar or sugar-free ice cream is important, you must try the new Killer Creamery KETO Ice Cream, now available at Safeway.
In the keto world, sugar-alternatives have become incredibly popular. It’s important to remember, however, not all sweeteners are created equal – both in taste and impact. That’s why Killer Creamery has strategically selected only the very best sweeteners available on the market in order to deliver the ultimate ice cream experience while keeping your body’s metabolic needs in mind.
They use monk fruit, allulose, and erythritol to sweeten the ice cream. Each pint has zero to under 2 grams of sugar because of the sweeteners used.
The Killer Creamery Ice Cream is available in the following flavors:
- Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Salted Caramel
- Chocolate & Brownie Pieces
- Mint & Dark Chocolate Chip
I wasn’t sure how this deal was going to work, so I tested it this morning and it worked better than I thought!

Tried the Salted Caramel variety last night. Very good. And only 10 grams of carbs in each 1/4 pint serving.
The sweeteners used seem to vary based on the particular flavor. For example, the Salted Caramel variety contains Erythritol and Stevia, but no Monk Fruit (per the listed ingredients).
And, unlike many of the low cal/low carb ice creams which contain the sugar alcohol xylitol–which can kill dogs even in very small does as it sends them into hypoglycemic shock–erythritol (also a sugar alcohol) is well-tolerated by dogs. (When I partake of something with xylitol in it I make sure the empty container is bagged and put into bottom of trash can where my dog can’t get at it.)
I never knew about xylitol and dogs! thank you for sharing! So important to read labels!
