Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix Just $1.00
As I was going through my coupon inserts yesterday, I noticed we had an insert for Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mixes from earlier in the month. I saw this on sale at Safeway for just $2.00 and when the coupon doubles, you pay just $1.00 per packet! I use this dry dip to make a fabulous Ranch Chicken recipe in the crock pot, so anytime this dry dip is on sale, I scoop it up! For the Ranch Chicken recipe, it’s super easy, simply combine ranch dry dip, 3 Tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 4 oz of cream cheese (regular, not low fat) into the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. I serve over rice or pasta with a side of broccoli and my kiddos LOVE it!
I also noticed a new recipe over on Hidden Valley Ranch’s website for Skillet Ranch Chicken that uses black beans and rice with the dip mix. I’ll have to try that next!
