Regardless of the above, the $2.88 per lb price (sans coupon) is still a great price!
Thanks for pointing out this deal, as I would not have probably even seen it otherwise.
The coupon you cite above probably will NOT work at Safeway, for the following reasons:
1) It states that it has “no expiration date” and Safeway’s official corporate coupon policy (see http://www.safeway.com/ShopStores/Justforu-CP-RL) says under section #7 that “We will not accept coupons unless they have an expiration date.”
2) The coupon has a UPC bar code instead of the modern current GS-1 Barcode. It is very likely that most registers will NOT be able to read it.
3) The coupon prints in a very blurry manner which makes it barely able to be read (and I tried printing it from 6 different browsers and they all printed the same way).
Thanks Arthur. I too attempted to print the coupon – but I did so after publishing the post and I noticed it is really blurry. I emailed Canino’s to inquire if they can upload a clear version for people to print, so stay tuned – hopefully they will deliver. Either way – $2.88 for Canino’s all natural sausage is a fabulous price!
