I partnered with Kuner’s Foods to bring you this recipe and video of Scalloped Corn, which is a perfect use of the canned veggies that have been on super sale at Safeway this month! I have to admit, I had not previously tried scalloped corn before testing this recipe for Kuner’s Foods, but I will say I’ve since made this dish three times for my family and it’s been devoured in entirety all three times. The simplicity of the ingredients and ease of preparation make this delicious casserole recipe a keeper!
