Avocado Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs and Easter go hand in hand in our home. Since the kids love to dye eggs with shaving cream, we always dye between 24 – 36 eggs and have plenty of hard boiled eggs on hand for easy and delicious avocado deviled eggs and bacon deviled eggs. This avocado deviled eggs recipe is super easy to put together. Simply smash some ripe avocado and mix with the egg yolks, a pinch of lime zest, salt and pepper and put the mixture back into the egg white. Top with a squirt of sriracha sauce to give it the perfect kick.
Rather than using traditional mayo and mustard, these avocado deviled eggs get their flavor from the avocado and lime zest and they are a gorgeous shade of lime green, which is quite festive for your Easter table.
