Strawberry Mango Salsa With Avocado

Bright and flavorful Strawberry Mango Salsa With Avocado is perfect for dipping chips or adding to salads, tacos, grilled fish, or chicken! This bright fruit salsa is sweeter than other salsa with the mango and strawberries, but it is also perfectly balanced with creaminess from the avocado, and a touch of heat from jalapeño. It takes just 15 minutes to make and is perfect for summer!

  • Strawberries
  • Mango
  • Avocado
  • Jalapeño
  • Red onion
  • Cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Strawberry Mango Salsa

This fruit salsa recipe is really easy to put together.  If you don’t want the avocado, you can leave it out to have a simple fruit salsa.  I personally enjoyed the creaminess of the avocado, but you can customize to make it your own. 

Peel and chop the mango, dice the strawberries, dice the red onion and jalapeno and mince the cilantro and combine in a medium to a large bowl.  Gently toss until combined. 

Serve with tortilla chips or over your favorite grilled fish or chicken recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mango chopped (2 mangoes)
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno seeded and finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Also great served on salmon, fish tacos or shrimp tacos or grilled chicken.
