Bacon Deviled Eggs Recipe
Bacon Deviled Eggs is one of our favorite recipes to make for a weekend brunch.
I’ve been using the same recipe for years because it’s easy to prepare and it’s always a hit with my family and friends.
How to Make Bacon Deviled Eggs
Simply combine the egg yolks with mayo, dijon mustard, relish, lemon juice and paprika, spoon or use a piping bag to put the mixture into the egg whites and top with cooked bacon and chives.
That’s it! Super easy! The only trick is when you are working with a piping bag to fill the egg whites, you want to be sure to use a large enough tip so that the relish doesn’t get stuck.
If you don’t have a piping bag, you can simply fill a plastic sandwich bag with the mixture and cut a small hole in the bottom corner and use as a piping bag to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.

Tried this recipe over weekend. Quite good. My dog begged one and liked it too – except he carefully spit out all the chive pieces.
Thank you for letting us know! So glad everyone enjoyed the recipe – even your furry friend!
Bacon and deviled eggs = great combination! Love the addition of the dijon for a little kick.
