Safeway has partnered with Fresh Express, Nature Sweet and Litehouse Dressing to launch a new Build a Better Salad Contest with a fun interactive game where you can create an awesome virtual salad with delicious toppings, cheese, a protein and dressing for a chance to win a $500 grocery gift card to Safeway. Share your salad on social media and get your friends and family to vote for your salad to enter to win! The contest runs through May 22nd. I created a Blueberry, Almond, Avocado Salmon Salad With a Balsamic Dressing and Blue Cheese Crumbles over mixed greens. Sounds so delicious to me, I may just have to have it for dinner!
