Chocolate Coconut Egg Nests

These White Chocolate Coconut Egg Nests are a perfect treat for Easter.  Easy to make and economical, they’ll be a big hit with everyone!

If you are looking for an easy Easter treat to make with the kiddos, these chocolate coconut egg nests are about as easy as it gets!  There is no baking involved, although you will need to supervise the melting of the chocolate on the stove.

I made these last year with the kids and you really do need to let them set in the refrigerator for about 10 – 15 minutes before transferring them to a serving tray.  They are delicious.

Take advantage of sales on shredded coconut, Easter candy and butter at Safeway to make these Coconut Egg Nests with the family this holiday season.
