This grilled lobster tail recipe is super simple and can be done on a grill pan if don’t want to stand outside in the cold.  Serve with clarified butter and enjoy.

How to Grill Lobster Tails

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat, 375º to 425º.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Split lobster tails in half lengthwise
  • Place on grill, shell side down. Brush with olive oil mixture.
  • Continue to grill lobster until the internal temperature of 135º is reached, about 9-12 minutes, basting with olive oil mixture 1-2 more times.
  • Remove and serve with clarified butter

Ingredients

  • 4-4 ounce lobster tails
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbs finely chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
