While the original Orange Julius was likely made with frozen orange juice concentrate (at least that’s how we made it when I was a kid), this recipe is so much better because you use fresh oranges which lightens up the sugar and is a more natural beverage.

How to Make an Orange Julius Smoothie

Making the smoothie is so easy – 5 simple ingredients and a blender are all you need.

Cut the rind off the oranges and place the oranges into a high-powered blender.  Add the ice, vanilla extract, milk and honey and puree away until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
