One Pan Salmon Linguini
Perfectly steamed salmon tops linguini pasta noodles, with white wine, tomatoes, garlic, and onions in this one-pan salmon linguini recipe. It’s an easy recipe that comes together in under 30 minutes, perfect for weeknight cooking.
Salmon is so good for you with lots of vitamin B-12. vitamin D and healthy omega 3’s. The best part of this recipe is that it’s totally delicious AND it’s all done in a single pan, with lots of amazing flavors so there is not a huge mess to clean up afterward!
One Pan Salmon Linguini Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 8 oz linguine
- 4 (4 ounces) salmon filets
- Optional Toppings
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- fresh torn basil
How to Make One-Pan Salmon With Linguini Pasta
1. Preheat a 12-inch saute pan to medium-high heat. Add olive oil and onion, and sauté until onion is translucent.
2. Add tomatoes, stirring occasionally, giving tomatoes time to get slightly charred and then burst.
3. Add garlic and cook for one minute
4. Pour in the wine, scraping the bottom of the pan to pick up the brown bits. Add broth, lemon & seasonings
5. Add pasta and bring to a boil.
6. Place salmon filets in and cover the pan. Cook 7-9 minutes until pasta is al dente, and salmon is pink. If desired, top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and basil.
What to Serve with Salmon Linguini
This dish has carbs, protein and veggies in one, but a crisp garden salad or steamed veggies would make a perfect addition to the dish.
