Asparagus is so delicious – roasted, grilled, or sauteed.  The preparation possibilities are endless.  See below for 6 healthy asparagus recipes easy to prepare in under 20 minutes!   I love to roast asparagus tossed in a touch of olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, and tossed with shaved parmesan cheese in the oven at 350-degrees for 15 minutes.  That’s my standard go-to preparation method, but we also love to use it in stir-fry, frittatas, and more.

While bacon-covered asparagus (pictures above) is not healthy per se, it’s a delicious way to serve asparagus, especially with the fabulous sale on bacon this week!
