Bubba’s Fine Foods UnGranola Review

There’s a hot new “granola” on the market from Bubba’s Fine Foods and it’s gluten free, paleo, and non-GMO so it’s made of real food that you can feel good about eating!

Bubba’s Fine Foods Uber Chocolate UnGranola

The Uber Chocolate UnGranola is full of delicious chocolate flavor from cocoa powder and cacao nibs mixed in with the coconut and almonds.  This was my husbands favorite of the three flavors.  He’s totally a chocoholic and would eat a whole bag after dinner if I let him.  I liked the chocolate flavor and snacked on this granola for breakfast, as an afternoon snack and after dinner as a delicious chocolatey dessert.  The chocolate flavor would mix perfectly with milk for breakfast, ice cream or yogurt for dessert and you can top it with a spoonful of almond butter or peanut butter for extra protein and creaminess.

The ingredients are simply coconut, almonds, cashews, honey, raw cacao nibs, egg whites, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and sea salt.

Each serving contains 160 calories, 13 grams of fat, 10 total carbs, 5 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein.

 

Bubba’s Fine Foods Cinn-Ful Apple UnGranola

Sweet dried apples, crunchy coconut, toasted almonds and pecans covered with cinnamon, nutmeg and honey – this delicious UnGranola is a flavor powerhouse.  This flavor was my favorite because I love the combination of apples, cinnamon, almonds and pecans for granola and include those flavors when I make my own homemade granola.  I’ll be honest, I’ve already eaten two bags since receiving the granolas last week. 😉  It’s seriously the perfect afternoon snack with a cup of tea or coffee!

The ingredients are simply coconut, almonds, honey, pecans, egg whites, organic apples, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sea salt, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom and ginger.

Each serving contains 160 calories, 14 grams of fat, 11 grams of carbs, 6 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein.

 

Bubba’s Fine Foods Bourbon Vanilla UnGranola

The Bourbon Vanilla UnGranola is flavored with Bourbon vanilla extract, which gives a delicious flavor profile to the granola.  The initial flavor is crunchy coconut, then almonds and cashews and the lingering flavor is the vanilla, which is absolutely delicious.  Serve this UnGranola on it’s own, or with milk or yogurt.  I paired mine with fresh pears and blueberries in almond milk and absolutely loved every bite.  This would be the perfect pairing with macadamia nuts and dried pineapple to make a tropical trail mix!  I would even love to add this to a banana bread as a topping because I bet the coconut would stay crunchy after baking!  I’ll have to try that next!
