How to Make Egg Roll in a Bowl
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil, red onion, garlic, ginger, and 2 tablespoons of the chopped green onion. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add ground turkey to skillet and brown the meat, stirring frequently to break it up into small crumbles.
Once the ground turkey is cooked through, add the coleslaw mix and shredded carrots to the skillet. Add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and garlic chili paste.
Cook, stirring frequently until the cabbage is softened and the flavors are incorporated.

- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar ($.21)

Instructions
