Ingredients in Mango Salsa
- 3 tablespoons lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves (rinsed and finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small-medium avocado (pitted and finely diced (about 2/3 cup))
- 1 small-medium mango (finely diced (about 2/3 cup)
How To Make Mango Avocado Salsa
Combine mango, red onion, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
