Ingredients in Tuna Avocado Bowls

  • canned albacore or solid white tuna packed in water
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • chopped green onion (white and part of green)
  • extra-large green olives
  • lemon zest
  • pine nuts (toasted)
  • avocado

Preparation Instructions

In a medium bowl, toss together tuna (drained), yogurt, olive oil, green onion, green olives, lemon zest, and pine nuts. Stir the mixture to blend well.

Spoon about half of the mixture into each avocado half. Garnish with fresh herbs, additional toasted pine nuts or a whole green olive, if desired, and serve!

Ingredients

  • 6- ounce pouch Signature Kitchens® or canned albacore or solid white tuna packed in water
  • 2 Tbs Open Nature® plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Signature SELECT® extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs chopped green onion white and part of green
  • 3-4 stuffed extra-large green olives (or about 8 small, chopped)
  • 1 tsp finely chopped lemon zest
  • 2 Tbs Signature Kitchens® walnut pieces or pine nuts toasted
  • 1 avocado sliced in half, pit removed (keep or remove the peel as desired)

Instructions
