These coupons did NOT double at either of the two Safeway’s I tried them at today. There is nothing on coupon stating “do not double”, but they appear to definitely be coded to prohibit doubling.
Did they manually double the coupon for you at check out? Thanks for the heads up!
They manually doubled at one store and did not at the other. At one store when a manager was called the manager looked at the coupon and said they would not double a coupon unless the coupon specifically included wording that it was to be doubled. After several minutes of arguing about this manager finally said to just give it to me. The other store just said that the software wouldn’t double it so they could do nothing.
