The sandwich bars are made with 100% natural, Non-GMO ingredients that you can understand and pronounce.
Very similar to a cereal bar, the bars have three layers – a gluten-free oat and peanut flour and peanut butter base with a berry filling in between the layers. There is no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients in these bars, and they are delicious!
Available in two flavors – you can choose from peanut butter & strawberry or peanut butter & blueberry. My family preferred the strawberry bars, but they are both equally delicious!
Perfect for serving as a quick grab and go snack after school with a glass of milk, or adding to kiddos lunchboxes as a treat.

Open Nature Snack Bar Ingredients
What I love about these snacks is the ingredients – gluten-free oat flour, rice flour, and peanut flour combined with real sugar make up the sandwich part. The filling has real fruit and fruit juices like pineapple, peach, and pear.
Rather than using food coloring as brands often do, these bars have red cabbage extract for a tint of color for the fruit filling. They are vegan, made with gluten-free ingredients, and all-natural.
Note -while the bars are made with gluten-free oat flour, peanut butter, and rice flour, they are manufactured at a production facility that also processes flour products, so they are not certified gluten-free.
