Safeway is by far the best place to shop for Halloween candy right now.  While other retailers had great sales early in the season, if you waited until the last week – you will end up ahead with great deals on Halloween candy from Safeway!  The best price is on the Child’s Play 3.5 oz bags which have Tootsie Rolls, Tootsie Pops and other candies, but if you prefer to hand out the good stuff – like chocolate – then you can get a great deal on Nestle Candy with a Catalina, and Mars candy with a coupon.
