I recently discovered these flatbread pocket sandwiches at Safeway when searching for a convenient breakfast and after school snack idea for my kids. I was looking for something with good protein, and these sandwiches fit the bill. My kids love them because they are ready in under 2 minutes in the microwave and they fill their tummy’s with a delicious egg sandwich before school and before sports in the afternoon.
