  1. This is a much better deal than your wording above indicates. The cartons of Lucerne Eggs on sale for $0.99 are the 18-count ones, not the usual 12-count. See the print ad which specifically says “Lucerne Large Eggs 18-ct” and the accompanying illustrative picture which shows the 18-count cartons.
