Peach Caprese Salad Recipe

Peaches are the perfect summer fruit, you can add them to salsas, desserts, eat them whole, or use in a peach Caprese salad or any variety of salads.

This peach caprese salad uses both white and yellow peaches, fresh basil and a drizzle of honey to finish it off, and I have to say, the honey just makes it!

We ate this peach caprese salad for breakfast this morning and my kids couldn’t get enough of the dressing, they kept coming back for more!

Take advantage of the hot sale on peaches at Safeway this week and make this delicious Peach Caprese Salad.
