Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries (washed with stems removed, cut into large pieces)
- 1 Tbs thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1-liter club soda
How to Make a Strawberry Mocktail
Combine strawberries, thyme, honey, and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the drink through a fine-mesh sieve. Add club soda.
Serve with a lime slice or strawberry for garnish.
You can also coat the rim of the glasses with lime and sugar for an extra special drink that the kids will love.
