Grilled Brie & Berries Recipe
Grilled Brie with Berries is the easiest appetizer recipe to make! Sweet berries paired with gooey melted grilled brie and drizzled with honey make the ultimate summer appetizer. Once cooked and cooled slightly, serve with crackers and sliced fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 cedar plank (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- 1 (8 ounce) brie cheese wheel
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey

How to Grill Brie Cheese
Preheat grill to medium-high (450º-475º). Place cedar plank on the grill for about 5 minutes to get well charred.
Flip cedar plank, and place brie wheel on the charred side.
Pile berries on top of the brie wheel (some berries will fall down on the cedar plank board). Drizzle honey over the berries. Reduce heat to medium (375º-425º). Close grill and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high (450º-475º). Place cedar plank on grill for about 5 minutes to get well charred.
- Flip cedar plank, and place brie wheel on charred side.
- Pile berries on top of brie wheel (some berries will fall down on cedar plank board). Drizzle honey over the berries. Reduce heat to medium (375º-425º). Close grill and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove brie wheel from cedar plank and serve on a board or platter. Serve with crackers or toasted baguette.
- Note - if you don't have a cedar plank, you can also place a cast-iron skillet on the stove to cook the brie.
