I made these tater tot nachos as we watched the NBA finals the other night. The kids loved them as did my husband who doused his with Tabasco.
I was so thrilled to see the Bucks win the NBA finals, I’ve been watching Giannis Antetokounmpo, aka the Greek Freak for years as I met him in Denver at church one day. Giannis visited Denver for Greek Easter and sat right behind me, it was wild!
He is such an inspiration and true professional who’s overcome intense adversity in life, so the win was well deserved! Don’t worry – still a Nuggets fan, but excited to see Giannis in the spotlight!
