Stone Fruit Salad

Fruit salads are a great way to use up fresh in-season fruit.  Topped with fresh mint and a simple honey-lime dressing, this stone fruit salad will soon become a family favorite!

August is a prime stone fruit season with peaches, plums, nectarines and cherries at their peak.  In fact, cherries are definitely at the end of the season, so you’ll have to hurry to make this if you want to include cherries!

There are no rules for a stone fruit salad – just pick your favorite stone fruits, slice them onto a platter or in a large serving bowl, add mint and drizzle with dressing for a delightful summer salad.

Ingredients in a Stone Fruit Salad

  • nectarines
  • apricots
  • 1 tablespoon honey
