Strawberry Kiwi Popsicles
What’s more fun than homemade popsicles? Make these strawberry kiwi popsicles in your blender and delight the whole family. Strawberry and kiwi together create the perfect treat anytime strawberries and kiwi are on sale!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces strawberries (washed and cut in half)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 kiwis (peeled and cut into rounds or half-moons)
How to Make Strawberry Kiwi Pops
Step 1
In a blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and water. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour strawberry mixture into molds, and add kiwi pressing to sides of the molds with a skewer. Freeze for about 4 hours before serving.
