How to Make Burrata Pizza with Blackberries
Remove the pizza dough from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature for 1 – 2 hours before preparing the pizza.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Use olive oil to coat the dough, surface, and your hands. Roll or press out pizza dough into a 10-12 inch circle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top with fresh burrata cheese cut into even pieces
Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Top with blackberries and prosciutto. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Slice and serve.
Tips for this Pizza
Roll the prosciutto into a log and cut with scissors for easy and even distribution on the pizza.
Pears can also be added to the pizza for even more fruit flavor. Or for a little spice, add chopped jalapeno.
