Turkey burgers are lighter than their beef counterparts and the key to a perfect turkey burger is to not overcook it, otherwise, it can dry out. The addition of avocado in this recipe ensures the burgers are moist every time.
Serve with a bun, or save the carbs and calories and serve over a crunchy lettuce leaf. Romaine, green leaf lettuce or butter lettuce cups would be perfect with fresh tomato and sliced onion, topped with more avocado.
