Salmon is a versatile protein that can be used in many ways – blackened, roasted, pan-fried, poached, and grilled.  Check out 15 easy salmon recipes below to make the perfect salmon dinner for your family this week.

Salmon is so good for you and we eat salmon at least once a week.  I’m like to keep my salmon recipes simple because salmon is very flavorful on its own and easily takes on a variety of flavors depending on how it’s prepared.

My go-to salmon oven recipe is blackened salmon, which I prepare using the O Organics cajun spice blend.  It’s my favorite spice blend and a little goes a long way.  Simply drizzle olive oil on the salmon, sprinkle with O Organics cajun seasoning and a little brown sugar, and bake the salmon for 15 minutes at 400 degrees until it’s done.   

Serve with rice, pasta, or a simple salad.  It’s a quick, easy and healthy weeknight meal!
